RECIPE PREPARATION Lebanese cumin sticks:
Mix all the ingredients until it becomes an elastic dough.
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in the heat.
Put flour on the work table, knead the dough a little more and form 5 balls.
Spread each ball, with a twister, make a thin sheet.
Put a pan on the fire to heat and put one thin sheet at a time.
