Oven ingredients for making potato pizza
- Potato 450 grams (weight after peeling)
- 6 eggs

Cooking potato pizza in the oven:
Step 1: prepare the potatoes.
Rinse the potatoes, peel and grate. Drain excess liquid and squeeze a little mass.
Add to potatoes 1 egg, 1/2 a teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 glasses of grated cheese. Mix everything very carefully to make the mass homogeneous.
