  1. Champignons (the same size) 500 grams
  2. Soy sauce 5 tablespoons
  3. Maple Syrup 1 tablespoon
  4. Marjoram 1 teaspoon (no slide)
  5. Ground sweet paprika 1 teaspoon (no slide)
  6. Cayenne pepper big pinch
  7. 0.5 teaspoon curry
  8. Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  • Main Ingredients Mushrooms
  • Serving 2 servings

Baking tray, plate, spoon, spatula.

Step 1: mix the mushrooms with soy sauce.

Rinse and clean the mushrooms (I just washed well). Dry the mushrooms with a paper towel after washing.
Mix soy sauce with maple syrup and marjoram, then pour the resulting marinade into prepared mushrooms. Mix so that the mushrooms become completely covered.

Step 2: bake mushrooms in soy sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the mushrooms in it along with the soy sauce marinade. Put in the oven on 20 minutesstirring occasionally.
Then season the mushrooms with cayenne pepper, paprika and curry and mix well. Return to oven and continue cooking. 15-20 minutesstirring the same way.
When the sauce becomes thick like syrup, and the champignons are covered with a brown crust, the dish can be served.

Step 3: serve the mushrooms baked in soy sauce.

Mushrooms baked in soy sauce are equally good both hot and cold. And although at the very beginning I insisted that this is a dish on your own, you can use mushrooms and as a snack, no one will blame you.
Enjoy your meal!
