Ingredients for making string bean soup with sour cream
- Green beans (frozen) 1 pack
- Dill to taste
- Sour cream a few tablespoons
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Vegeta to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste

Cooking string bean soup with sour cream:
Step 1: Cook the Beans.
Beans should be cut into small pieces. As a rule, frozen is already cut.
Fill the beans in a saucepan, fill it completely with water (so that the pods are covered), add the vegetable (or any other universal seasoning), salt and pepper.
Put the pot on the fire and bring the water to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cook the beans until cooked (this is about 7 minutes).
Step 2: preparing a gas station.
As soon as the beans are almost ready, start preparing the dressing.
First heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
Add a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour to the butter.
Stir and fry the flour with paprika until you get a homogeneous mass. It will happen very quickly.
Step 3: add dressing to the soup.
Add the flour dressing to the soup, mix thoroughly and let the broth boil for 3-4 minutes.
In between, rinse the dill and chop it very finely.
Add dill to bean soup.
Step 4: add sour cream to the soup.
When the string bean soup is ready, remove it from the heat, add sour cream and mix very well. Cover the pan and let it stand. 5-10 minutesand then the soup can be served at the table.
Step 5: serve the string bean soup with sour cream.
Serve the string beans soup hot as a first course. Be sure to eat it with brown bread, all together it turns out incredibly tasty.
