Beetroot Salad with Apple and Nuts

Ingredients for Beetroot Salad with Apple and Nuts

For salad

  1. Beets 1 piece
  2. Apple 2 pieces
  3. Almonds to taste

For refueling

  1. Onion 1 piece
  2. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  3. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Olive oil 3 tablespoons

Inventory:

Plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: preparing a gas station.


Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes.

Pour onion lemon juice.

Add sugar.

Add salt.

Pour in olive oil.

Mix very well. And leave the onion in such a marinade for a while. At room temperature.

Step 2: chop the beets.


Take beets for salad fresh. Clean it, rinse and cut into quarters.

Then cut each quarter into thin slices.

And after - straws.

Step 3: chop the apples.


Use apples for salad along with peel.

Cut the apples into halves.

Cut the seeds from the core.

Cut the fruit into thin slices, and then divide the slices across in half.

Step 4: season the beetroot and apple salad.


Take a deep salad bowl.

Pour beets and apple slices into it.

Mix gently.

Add the onion along with the marinade in which it was standing.

And again, very carefully, but gently mix.

Step 5: add the almonds.


Transfer the beetroot and apple salad to the serving dish. It can be one large salad bowl or portioned plates.

Sprinkle lettuce on top with crushed almonds and that's it! Can be served.
