Ingredients for Cooking Grains
- Chicken (meat, possible with bones) 400 grams
- Potato 3 pieces (medium size)
- 1 carrot (small)
- Onion 1 piece (small size)
- Barley groats 1/2 cup
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Celery (root) 1/2 pieces (optional)
- Provencal herbs 1 tablespoon

Saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board, grater, ladle.
Step 1: Cook the broth.
Rinse the chicken, cut into pieces and send to the pan, pour water, add laurel and other spices (peppercorns, caraway seeds). Cook the broth, while removing the foam from above.
