Ingredients for the preparation of plum and chocolate jam

I prepare this jam in the plum season quite often, not even for preparation, but simply as a dessert for tea.

To the taste, plum and chocolate jam reminds all of us of the familiar Prune in Chocolate candies.

Cooking plum and chocolate jam:

1. Free plums from seeds.

2. Grind the plums, add to them part of the sugar specified in the recipe and send to the fire.

3. The remaining sugar is mixed with cocoa powder.

4. The resulting mixture is gradually added to the crushed plums.

5. Cook the jam for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Hot pour into banks and twist metal lids.
