Bacon Chicken in Cream Sauce


  1. Bacon 150 g
  2. Chicken fillet 2 pcs. (large)
  3. Cream 400 ml
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Nutmeg optional
  7. Fresh parsley for decoration
  8. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Step 1: fry the bacon.

Dice the bacon and fry over medium heat without oil. Fry until golden brown, often stirring.

Step 2: prepare the fillet.

While bacon is fried, divide the fillet into halves. Salt and pepper on all sides.
Sauté the fillet in olive oil until golden on both sides.

Step 3: prepare the fillet in a creamy sauce with bacon.

Add the bacon and cream to the fried filet. And simmer for 10 minutes. I didn’t add salt, because the bacon was quite salty, and I salt the chicken earlier. But it’s better to try to know if there is enough salt.
Remove from heat, add parsley and a little nutmeg. Everything can be served!

Step 4: Serve the chicken and bacon in a creamy sauce.

Chicken with bacon in a creamy sauce can be served with rice, pasta, potatoes, or simply bread. As you wish!
