  1. flour 230 gr.
  2. sour cream 20% 200 ml.
  3. butter 120 gr.
  4. egg 1 pc.
  5. sugar 150 gr.
  6. pudding to taste
  7. baking powder 15 gr.
  8. vanillin to taste
  9. plums 400 gr. (fruits or berries can be any)
  10. Pudding is a dry mix sold in bags where everything is for baking. I usually take vanilla. instead of pudding, you can add 2 tbsp. any starch, but with pudding it’s still tastier !!!

I mix the egg with sour cream, add sugar, vanilla and soft butter once again, stir everything well.

Add dry pudding and stir well again.

Pour baking powder into flour and sift flour with baking powder into a liquid mass, knead the dough.

The dough should turn out quite thick, but not clogged with flour.

I grease the form with butter, sprinkle with semolina and spread the dough into the mold, spread the plums cut into slices, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven preheated to 180 for 40-45 minutes.

Then I let the cake cool and remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

The dough is airy, very light, soft and weightless with a slightly sour plum!
