1. First, prepare the dough. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and melted butter. Pour everything with boiling water and knead first with a spoon, then with a hand. Spread in a bag and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Making the filling. I rub cheese on a coarse grater. Since the cheese is already salty, you do not need to salt the filling. Add some cream or milk to the cheese. You can also chop greens.

3. I make dumplings. I roll the dough into a long thin layer and with the help of a glass I cut the rounds. So all the dumplings will be the same. I spread the filling and form the dumplings.
