Ingredients

Dough:

  1. Wheat flour 250 g
  2. Salt 0.5 tsp
  3. Hot water 120 g
  4. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l

Filling:

  1. Stuffing 300 g
  2. Bulgarian pepper 0.5 pcs.
  3. Tomato 0.5 pcs.
  4. Onion 1 pc.
  5. Salt, black pepper to taste
  6. Butter 30 g
  7. Sesame 1 handful
  • Main ingredients: Beef, Pork, Onion, Pepper, Tomato, Flour

Cooking:


Step 1 - Dough.


Sift flour, add salt and vegetable oil to hot water, mix and add to flour, knead the dough. Put the dough in a bag and leave to rest for 20 minutes.

Step 2 - Filling.


Finely chop pepper, tomato and onion. Mix vegetables with minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3 - Form the snails.


Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll out each part as finely as possible, grease with butter and put the minced meat with vegetables. Roll into a roll, and roll into a snail. Grease with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4 - Bake.


Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
