Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water. Cook as much as indicated on the packaging.
First cut the ham into thin slices and then into strips. Grate cheese on a medium grater.
Step 2: fry the ham.
Put butter in a skillet, add vegetable oil and heat until the oils mix.
Add the chopped ham.
Cook over low heat until the ham is roasted.

Step 4: add the tortellini.
Drain the tortellini and pour over it with a cold stream.
Add tortellini to a skillet with ham and sour cream.
Step 5: sprinkle with cheese.
Add the grated cheese and simmer another 3-4 minutesuntil the cheese melts. Stir and you can serve!
