Ingredients for Making Kiwi Pie

  1. Butter 120 grams
  2. Wheat flour 250 grams
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. Salt 1 pinch
  5. Sugar 130 grams
  6. Eggs 3 pieces
  7. Kiwi 3-4 pieces

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Eggs should be laid at room temperature for some time before cooking. Then break them into a bowl, add sugar and whisk everything with a whisk until a homogeneous air mass.
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave in the meantime. And add liquid oil to the egg-sugar mixture, without ceasing to stir it. Oil should not be hot!
Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and salt, and then add a tablespoon to the egg mass and mix well each time.

Step 2: chop the kiwi.


Peel the kiwi and cut into thin circles. Fruits should be ripe and soft.

Step 3: bake a cake with kiwi.


Sprinkle the form with flour, grease it with butter or spread baking parchment in it. Pour in the dough and lay on top the pieces of kiwi, slightly drowning them in the dough from one edge.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake a pie in it for 30-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the test with a toothpick, sticking it in those places where there are no fruits.

Before serving, the kiwi pie should cool. Like any other sweet pastry, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top. Serve with tea, of course, but eat with pleasure.
