How to make a milk girl cake:

All ingredients for making the cake should be at room temperature.

It is better to take condensed milk of good quality, the label of which indicates GOST, and not TU. The composition should be milk and sugar without additional ingredients.

Add eggs to the condensed milk, mix until smooth. Add salt. I always add salt to cakes and sweet pastries. A pinch of salt will help enhance the taste of the dish and make it more saturated.

Sift the flour and baking powder. Mix well with the egg-condensed mixture. The dough is ready.

We begin to bake cakes.

You can bake round cakes, as in the classic recipe, but I will make it easier.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, I have a baking sheet with a shape of 30 * 40 cm.

If in doubt about the quality of the parchment, grease it with vegetable oil.

We conditionally divide the dough in half. Pour 1 part of the dough and distribute it in a small layer on the baking sheet. We try to distribute the dough as evenly as possible.

We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. As soon as the cake is podzolot - take out.

We immediately cut off the uneven ends of the hot cake and cut into the required number of parts. Of the total amount of dough, I got 8 cakes. We cut carefully, because the cakes are very tender.

Cool the cakes. Do not stack them on top of each other while they are hot, can stick to each other.

In the same way, bake the second part of the dough.

Now let's do the cream.

Mix sour cream and sugar. You can take powdered sugar.

Putting the cake together. We spread a layer of cream on the cake, lay the next cake on top. We continue until we collect the whole cake.

Due to the fact that the liquid cream, I temporarily put the cake in the refrigerator, about 30 minutes. The cream will harden and absorb, and then I continue to coat the cake with cream.

Creams based on cottage cheese are also perfectly combined with such cakes.

We decorate the cake at will, I have coconut flakes, berries and mint.

Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. I leave for the night.
