Glazed Steak

Step 1: prepare the steak.

Before you start cooking, remove the steak from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. It is very important.
Salt and pepper the meat just before frying.

Pour olive oil and rub it over the entire surface of the meat.

Step 2: fry the steak.

Heat the pan until it begins to smoke, and then put the meat on it and cook over high heat. 2-3 minutes. Do not touch or try to move the meat.

Turn the steak over and cook more 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: glaze the steak.

Put in the pan 1-2 tbsp butter.

And quickly tilt the pan, lifting one side so that the oil does not burn.

Return the pan to the stove and pour steak over the steak. 30 seconds.

Step 4: serve the glazed steak.

Remove the meat from the pan and let it rest. If you cut it right away, all the juices will come out of the meat, and it will lose some of the taste.

Five minutes is enough, now chop the steak and serve.

Such meat does not need sauce, but the decoration of vegetables does not hurt.
