Spinach Bean Salad

Ingredients

  1. Red Beans (canned) 2 cans
  2. Spinach 2-3 handfuls
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  5. Vinegar to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Inventory:

plate, knife, cutting board, salad bowl

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the beans, fold them onto a strainer and let the excess water drain.
Rinse and chop the spinach.
Peel and dice the onion.

Step 2: mix the bean salad with spinach.


In a plate, send beans, spinach and onions. Pour in vegetable oil, a little vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Leave on 10 minutes in the refrigerator or at room temperature (if not hot).

Step 3: serve bean salad with spinach.


Serve bean salad with spinach to the table both as a side dish and as an independent dish. Thanks to beans, it is quite satisfying and nutritious.
