- Shrimp 225 gr
- Olive oil 10 ml
- Butter 10 gr
- 6 cloves garlic

- Orange juice 50 ml

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Shrimps, if not peeled, should be cleaned and patted with paper towels.
Finely chop the greens.
Cut three cloves of garlic coarsely, pass the remaining three through garlic clove.
Step 2: fry the prawns with garlic.
Melt the butter in a pan by mixing it with olive. Add coarsely chopped garlic. Fry for a few seconds.
Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Stir well and fry 2 minutes.
Pour in orange juice and cook more 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp is almost ready.
Add finally crushed garlic, herbs and mix. Leave on 1 minute over high heat.
Step 3: serve the garlic shrimp.
Garlic shrimps are served hot, it is possible with bread, but to make the dish more satisfying, it is better to add a side dish.

- For a bright aroma, you can also add white wine, about 50 ml. Pour the wine over the garlic and only then add the shrimp.
- If you use frozen shrimp, you must defrost them and dry them well before adding them to the pan. Or you can put them in a pan directly to make more sauce.
