  1. flour 600 g
  2. milk 250 ml
  3. butter 30 + 20 gr.
  4. warm water 50 ml
  5. egg 1 pc.
  6. sugar 70 g
  7. salt 0.5 tsp
  8. yeast 2 tsp

Stir the yeast in warm water and leave for 10 minutes.

Pour warm milk into the mixer bowl. Add sugar and melted butter. Pour in the approached yeast. Insert the bowl on the mixer and turn the head to the yeast (as you know, they are alive)).

Pour in about 1/3 of the flour and mix again.

Add the egg and salt. Stir again.

Add the rest of the flour gradually and knead the dough. Cover and keep warm for 1.5-2 hours.

Knead the dough again and roll it into a layer about 8 mm thick. Cut into rectangles.

Put the finished workpieces on a baking sheet. Leave on for 30 minutes. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Grease half-baked buns with melted butter.
