Fritters with apples and chocolate

Ingredients

For the test

  1. Rye flour 250 grams
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Egg 1 piece
  4. Baking powder for dough 1 tsp
  5. Soda 1/2 tsp

Filling

  1. Apple 1 piece
  2. Bitter Chocolate 30 grams
  3. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

For frying

  1. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the filling.


Cut the chocolate into small pieces with a knife. Peel the apple and crumble it into cubes.

Step 2: mix the dough.


Separate the protein from the yolk. Whisk protein in a thick foam.
Mix the yolk with flour, milk, baking powder and baking soda.
Then add protein, chocolate and apple to this mixture. Gently and gently mix the dough.

Step 3: fry the fritters with apples and chocolate.


Heat oil in a pan and spread the dough with a tablespoon (1 spoon = 1 pancakes). Fry over medium heat until a beautiful golden color on both sides.
