Lazy Khachapuri for breakfast


  1. Eggs 1 pc.
  2. Milk 70 ml.
  3. Hard cheese 80 gr.
  4. Flour 70 gr.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Butter 10 gr.
  7. Parsley, dill, cilantro to choose from

Mix the egg with salt and milk with a whisk. Add flour and mix, then cheese (any hard) and chopped cilantro, mix.

Distribute the cheese mass in a frying pan, fry under a closed lid over low heat on both sides.

Remove from heat and grease with butter. Enjoy your meal!
