Ingredients for the preparation of skewers of chicken on skewers.
- Chicken fillet 750 grams
- Fresh pineapple 1/2 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces (large)
- Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice with half a lemon
- Parsley (finely chopped) 2 tablespoons
- Coriander (coarsely ground) 1 teaspoon
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper (coarsely ground) 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Main ingredients: Pepper, Eggs, Pineapple
- Serving 4-6
Grill or barbecue, plate, skewers, kitchen knife, cutting board.
Step 1: pickle the chicken.
Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes, called one bite. Put the chicken on a plate, add lemon juice, oil, parsley, coriander, thyme, paprika, black pepper and salt to it. Stir and leave the fillet in the marinade on 30 minutes.
Step 2: chop the pineapple and pepper.
While the chicken is pickling, peel the pepper and pineapple and then cut them into cubes of the same size.
Step 3: string the skewers on skewers.
String pieces of pickled chicken fillet on wooden skewers, alternating them with pineapple and bell pepper. You should finish and start with a piece of chicken, but in general the order of the ingredients is not so important, as long as they go one after another.
Step 4: fry the skewers of chicken on skewers.
