Broccoli cream cheese soup

Ingredients for Making Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Parmesan cheese (grated) 1 teaspoon
  2. Natural yogurt 1 tablespoon
  3. Milk 1 tablespoon
  4. Broccoli 100 grams
  5. Carrot 1 piece
  6. Garlic 1 clove
  7. Onion 1/2 pieces
  8. Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Main ingredients: Broccoli, Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Cheese

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the vegetables.


Peel the onions, carrots and garlic. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences and rinse well.
Cut the carrots into circles, onions into cubes, and simply rub the garlic or pass through a press.

Step 2: fry the onions.


At the bottom of the pan in which you will cook the soup, heat the olive oil and toss the onion and garlic into it. Fry them over medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.

Step 3: cook the broccoli soup with cheese.


Add broccoli and carrots to the onion with garlic, mix and fill with water. Add water based on how thin you want to get the soup. If you want to get a thick cream soup, then you need quite a bit of water.
Salt, pepper to taste and cook everything until the vegetables are soft. Remove the pan from the heat.
Beat the soup with a submersible blender, adding milk in a thin stream. Be careful, the contents of the pan may gurgle and splash when whipping, so start at a low speed so as not to burn yourself.

Step 4: serve broccoli soup with cheese.


Transfer the broccoli puree soup to a plate, garnish with natural yogurt and cheese. Serve hot.
It's just that you can prepare a healthy and satisfying meal for lunch. I really like this simple soup. Especially if you wait when the cheese on top melts a little. Real jam!
