Ingredients

  3. vanilla sugar 1 sachet
  4. kefir (2.5%) 250 ml
  5. soda 12 tsp
  6. butter 50 gr
  7. flour 300 gr
  8. 2 large apples

Cooking:

In a bowl, beat with a mixer the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add kefir, soda and melted butter, whisk. Then add flour and beat the dough until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour dough into it.

Wash the apples and peel them from the middle. Cut the apples into slices. I don’t remove the skin, I like it more.

On the dough, lay the apples with the skin up.

Put in the oven for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool the cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
