For the test

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. 2 eggs
  4. Lemon 1 pc
  5. Butter 80-100 gr
  6. Salt 1/3 tsp

For glaze

  1. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  2. Lemon zest 1 tbsp
  3. Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 175 C. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Mix flour, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add butter. Stir with a fork.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice. Pour into the first bowl. Beat the mixture with a mixer gradually increasing speed to a creamy consistency. pour into the mold. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool. Mix lemon juice with lemon zest and icing sugar. Cover the brownie with the resulting glaze. Allow to soak for about an hour.
