Cooking:

Step 1.

Knead the dough: beat 1 egg, add salt, sugar, mayonnaise and mix, then add milk and stir constantly, gradually adding flour. The dough should be dense, uniform and smooth. Knead for about 10 minutes, put the dough in a bag and let rest 15 minutes. Use the remaining flour to form pies.

Step 2

Onions and 50 ml. grind the water with a blender to a homogeneous slurry and add to the minced meat, add 1 tsp of salt, black pepper, 100 ml of water there and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

We cook little eaters: we form a sausage from part of the dough, then we cut it into small pieces and roll out juices 3-4 mm thick, 8-10 cm in diameter.

Step 4

Add rolled minced meat to rolled juices. Please note that the consistency of minced meat should not be thick. We put 1 tablespoon of the minced meat on half the finished juicer, cover the minced meat with the half of the juic and fasten the edges well, gently push the dough along the edge of the pie with a fork. Try to do this carefully so that the broth formed inside does not leak into the pan during frying.

Step 5

Lubricate the preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry the little sausages on both sides for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Important: minced meat must be juicy so that there is a broth in pies. In the process of cooking little minced meat, the mince gradually thickens, so if necessary, add water and salt to the mince to taste. The most delicious little snacks are from the pan, with proper preparation, a very tasty broth is formed inside each.
