Ingredients

Snack 1

  1. Minced chicken 300 gr.
  2. Dried onion 1/5 tsp
  3. Provencal herbs 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper to taste
  6. Bell pepper 60 gr.
  7. Sliced ‚Äč‚Äčolives 15 pcs.
  8. Cooking Oil

Snack 2

  1. Herring 1 pc.
  2. Eggs 3 pcs.
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. 1/3 bunch green onions
  5. Dijon mustard 2 pcs.
  6. Lemon juice 3 tsp
  7. Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp

Snack 1

1) I put the minced meat in a bowl, I have minced chicken 300 gr. Add salt to it, 1/5 tsp. dry onions, 1/3 tsp Provencal herbs, black pepper to taste. Mix well so that the spices are evenly distributed. In order to more easily form patties, I greased my hands with vegetable oil and form small patties. I fry them in vegetable oil from two sides, until golden brown, then I put it out under a closed lid over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Cool completely.

2) I cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

3) In order for the olives to shine, I poured them with a small amount of vegetable oil. String olive, slice of pepper and cutlet on a skewer. So do with all the ingredients.

Snack 2

1) Cut the fillet of 1 herring into medium slices. I will cut 3 boiled eggs in half rings. I cut the red onion in half rings. A few feathers of green onions chopped finely.

2) I combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add 2 tsp. Dijon mustard and 3 tsp lemon juice, mayonnaise and mix. Such an appetizer can be served in portioned tartlets, for this herring and eggs need to be chopped smaller.
