Bean soup


  1. White Beans 1 cup
  2. Ready meat, sausage, ham 300 gr
  3. Bow 1 pc
  4. Carrot 2 pcs
  5. Celery stalks 2-3 pcs
  6. Caraway seeds 1 tsp
  7. Thyme 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Bay leaf to taste
  11. Vegetable oil to taste
  12. Parsnip root 1 pc
  13. Broth 2 L

Soak beans overnight, boil until tender.
In a pan with a thick bottom, fry onions, carrots, celery stalks until the onions are transparent. Pour the broth. Add parsnip root, bay leaf, caraway seeds. Cook for about 20 minutes until the carrots are ready.
Add diced meat, finely chopped garlic, thyme leaves. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the parsnip and bay leaf. Sprinkle chopped parsley in a plate.
