We will prepare the necessary products. Squash sauerkraut from excess juice. Rinse mushrooms under running water.

Onion cut arbitrarily not very large.

Mushrooms, if large, must also be crushed.

In a cauldron (stew-pan) add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onions, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry with onions for another 2 minutes.

Add cabbage and stir fry for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool.

Add one egg and mix well. Pepper and mix again.

I have pita bread measuring 90 by 30 cm. I cut it into two equal halves. We also divide the filling into two parts and put a little more than the middle on each sheet of pita bread. Turn the roll.

Cut the rolls into portions.

Fry pita bread in sunflower oil on both sides until golden.
