Potato in the oven with garlic butter cheese


  1. potatoes 1 kg.
  2. butter 3-4 tbsp
  3. garlic 2 cloves
  4. rosemary 2 tsp (chopped)
  5. oregano 1 tsp (dried)
  6. grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  7. Parmesan cheese 50 gr
  8. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  9. salt to taste

Boil potatoes in a peel in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain, allow to dry.
Dissolve the oil in a small pan, squeeze the garlic, add finely chopped rosemary and oregano.
Cover the baking tray with foil. Put the potatoes. Press each potato with the bottom of a glass. Remove the skin from the top and pour melted butter with herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese grated on a coarse grater and Parmesan cheese grated on a fine grater.
Preheat the oven to 220 C. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a crust forms on the surface of the cheese. When serving, garnish with chopped parsley leaves.
