Ingredients

For salad

  1. cabbage 1 kg.
  2. carrots 250 gr.
  3. bell pepper 350 gr.
  4. onions 150 gr.
  5. garlic 3-4 tooth.
  6. parsley 2 bundles

For marinade

  1. water 500 ml.
  2. vegetable oil 50 ml.
  3. salt 30 gr.
  4. sugar 70 gr.
  5. vinegar 9% 4 tbsp

knife, cutting board, grater, bowl, stewpan, tablespoon, 2 liter cans, 2 plastic covers

Cooking:

1. We connect among themselves 1 kg. Shredded Cabbage, 350 gr. chopped straw pepper, 150 gr. onions, chopped a quarter with rings, 2 bunches of finely chopped parsley, 4-5 tooth. garlic, finely chopped and 250 gr. grated carrots. Mix everything. 2. Tightly fill two liter jars with vegetables, tamping well. 3. Cook the marinade. In 500 ml. water, add 70 gr. sugar, 30 gr. salt, 50 ml. vegetable oil and bring to a boil. 4. Add 2 tbsp to the jar. 9% vinegar. Pour half boiled marinade. Cover with a plastic lid. We will do the same with the second bank. 5. After cooling, put in the refrigerator. Cabbage is ready in 12 hours. The cabbage is crispy and mega tasty! It is necessary to store in the refrigerator, I do not store it for more than 2 weeks, as it is eaten very quickly and I am preparing a new portion, and you can cook it all year round!
