Ingredients

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook the cabbage.


Cut cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted water until soft. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain the hot water, rinse the cabbage cold and dry the inflorescences.

Serve cauliflower immediately after cooking, while the batter is crispy on it. It goes well with potatoes and sauce.
