kefir 180 ml.
flour 100-120 gr.
soda 1/3 tsp
salt to taste

minced meat 250 gr.
onion 2 pcs.

garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking:

Zucchini grate. Salt, mix and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Prepare the filling. Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil until light brown. Add minced chicken and dividing it into pieces with a spatula, fry until tender, about 10 minutes. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste. It is very tasty to add finely chopped garlic at the end, but this is optional. Squash the squash from the juice. Add one egg, kefir, soda and flour. Mix everything so that there are no lumps of flour left. The dough should not be too liquid, if the dough turned out to be liquidy, add 1-2 tbsp. Flour. Put the squash dough on a preheated pan with a spoon, medium, not a thick layer and smooth, forming a cake. Also form a second cake. Fry on the fire a little lower than the average, as soon as the cake is “grabbed” on top, put the filling on one edge, cover with the second edge and squeeze, gluing the edges together.
