cutting board, knife, bowl, mixer, spoon, baking paper

Pre-roasted and peeled peanuts, chop with a knife, not too finely to feel pieces of nuts. Peanuts can be replaced with any other nuts to your taste. Cut the black chocolate finely, but also so that you can feel the slices. The whites with sugar and vanilla sugar need to be whipped in a strong foam. I whip first at the minimum speed of the mixer for 30 seconds, then increase the speed to maximum and gradually add sugar, whisk for another 5-7 minutes. Beat until the so-called “hard peaks”, turning the bowl of squirrels, they should remain motionless. Add chopped nuts and chocolate to the whipped whites and mix gently. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper at a distance from each other (as the cookies increase in volume) with a spoon spread the whipped mass, level it out a little, forming cookies. Cookies are better to make flat than convex, so they will crack less. We bake in the oven, preheated to 180 * C for 5 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cookies for 2 hours in the oven off. The oven door must not be opened. The cookie is ready! Look how tender it is on the fault, soft and airy, and what delicious it is, it’s hard to put into words!
