On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper at a distance from each other (as the cookies increase in volume) with a spoon spread the whipped mass, level it out a little, forming cookies. Cookies are better to make flat than convex, so they will crack less. We bake in the oven, preheated to 180 * C for 5 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cookies for 2 hours in the oven off.
