Pour the ready-made dough, the beaten egg with the remaining sugar and salt into the remaining flour, mix and add the melted butter at the very end. The main thing is not to hammer the dough with flour. Otherwise, it will not rise.
Ready dough again sent to a warm place to rise. It has increased very well in volume, approximately 3 times. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes (i.e. 2 times 40 minutes each)
Step 3: Cut the dough.We cut the dough into 16 balls. Each weight is 50-60 grams. Roll each, put the filling and close the edges. Lubricate the top with yolk and sour cream.
Step 4: Baking.Bake in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes
