Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes 5 pcs.
  2. Sweet red pepper 1/2 pc.
  3. Sweet red pepper 1/2 pc.
  4. 1/2 chilli
  5. 1/2 chilli
  6. Onions 1 pc.
  7. Garlic 3 cloves
  8. Eggs 4 pcs.
  9. Sweet paprika 1 tsp
  10. Black peppercorns 6 pcs.
  11. White pepper peas 5 pcs.
  12. Dry basil 1 tsp
  13. Parsley and chives, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon each
  14. Salt to taste

Step 1.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a heated pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. garlic and hot peppers.

Step 3

Add tomatoes and bell pepper and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes, add all the spices.

Step 4

Use a spoon in stewed vegetables for each egg to make a small deepening and pour the eggs there.

Step 5

Continue to broil over low heat until cooked. Egg white should turn white, I should be liquid yolk (4-6 minutes)

Sprinkle with greens before serving shakshuku. Serve in a pan.
