Because we are in the plum season and I recently gave myself a tray for muffins, I prepared these cookies inspired by Gabytza's recipe: //retete/9962/briose-cu-ciocolata.html.
They popped up in the blink of an eye;)
- 3 eggs
- 15 tablespoons sugar
- 15 tablespoons flour
- 10 tablespoons oil
- a sachet of baking powder
- a cup of milk
- 6-8 plums
- 8 Chokotoff candies
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Plum and Chokotoff Muffins:
Mix the ingredients well.
Grease the muffin tins with butter and breadcrumbs. Divide the composition in two (because two trays come out = 24 pieces of muffins) and pour, each half distributing it evenly in the 12 mini muffins. We slice the plums and chocolate into small pieces and decorate the cakes that we will bake on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
